Brookies! A heavenly combination of your favorite brownie and cookie recipes!
I used a box brownie mix and my favorite "from scratch" chocolate chip cookie recipe. Since I don't have mini muffin pans I used cupcake pans.
Prepare cookie dough according to recipe and set aside then prepare your brownie batter according to recipe.
Pour brownie batter into greased cups - about 2 tablespoons in each cup or so it comes up about an inch.
Place small spoonfuls of your chocolate chip cookie dough into each cup gently pressing into the brownie batter.
Bake according to the time and setting for your brownies. If the centers are still gooey bake a couple minutes longer.
